How to Pay: We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We cannot accept checks, cash or money orders.

Product Colors: Computer monitors color settings may vary. This can affect how colors appear on your screen. All of our products are accurately portrayed in the images but due to slight on-screen discrepancies, the colors may not appear 100% identical to the colors on the product received. ChristiesGiftShop.com makes every effort to accurately display and describe products' colors.

Missing Items or Damaged Shipments: When you receive your shipment please check the contents immediately. We require that you report any damages or missing items to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Upon receiving your return we will immediately process a replacement. If instead you choose to cancel your order we will refund you the cost of the merchandise.

Returns and Exchanges: You can return or exchange any merchandise in brand new and unused condition within 7 days of the date you received your order. Upon receipt of your return we will refund you the cost of the merchandise. Exchanges will be handled as new orders. Please keep all original packaging, paperwork, parts and accessories (if any) as they must be included with your returned merchandise. For security & convenience purposes, we require that you send us all returns via UPS, using the pre-paid UPS return label that we have included with your shipment. If, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will exchange it or refund the purchase. All returns must be sent back to the above address within 7 business days of the received date. We DO NOT accept returns for items that have be partially lost or damaged by customers.
